Empowering and honoring those who serve

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is pleased to announce the first Minnesota Veteran and Military Women’s Summit Oct. 16-17, 2009, at the Ramada Inn Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.

Women in the military and spouses are a strong group of individuals who are often difficult to reach.  This forum will allow MDVA to pave the way for shared resources in order to strengthen our community.

This event will bring together women veterans, women currently serving in the military, female spouses, care providers and members of the community in a comfortable setting to provide resources, support and networking opportunities.
