Monticello Veterans Memorial

There are two memorials located in Monticello:

American Legion Post 260

The American Legion Post 260 has a memorial dedicated to all those who died in service. The memorial was dedicated in 2009. It cover the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. The statue is by a local artist, Parker MacDonald. Below is a picture of the memorial.

Ellison Park

Ellison Park on East River Road has a memorial to all service men and women. It is a dedicated to all service people, both peace and war. Below is a picture of the memorial.
