Hayfield Veterans Memorial

The City of Hayfield has a Veteran Memorial. It is located in the town center park at Main Street and 1st Avenue just one block from the Hayfield Legion.

A committee of six veterans started in 2006 planning this memorial. It was dedicated on Veterans Day in 2007. It has a walkway to a soldier statue surrounded by 4 benches. Three flag poles in the back that are lighted. There were 320 pavers sold to pay for the original monument. Since the dedication there have had 2 additions to the monument bringing the pavers to 374 total.
