Crystal Twin Oak POW-MIA Memorial Park

Crystal recently renamed one of our neighborhood parks to honor POW-MIA’s. This was an effort by the local VFW Chapter. The memorial consists of a flag pole, a planter and a plaque. The park is located at Scott Avenue North and Wilshire Blvd (5116 Wilshire Blvd.). It is called Twin Oak POW-MIA Memorial Park.
