Sew Much Comfort

"Sew Much Comfort" is an organization whose mission is “to provide custom-made adaptive clothing to our injured service members free of charge, to aid in their recovery and to provide a tangible reminder of our gratitude for their sacrifice and give them an added measure of comfort and freedom as they recover from their injuries and return to everyday life." "Sew Much Comfort" depends on volunteer seamstresses to sew the adaptive clothing, plus donations of fabric, Velcro and elastic to make the adaptive clothing.

They are taking donations of fabric (flannel minimum 3 yard cut), new T-shirts or Polo shirts (preferably dark colors as some wounds seep), basketball shorts (longer length), boxers (with seams on the side, not down the back), plus monetary donations to purchase items such as additional fabric, Velcro or elastic. The clothing is distributed to men and women soldiers, so all sizes of clothing are needed.
